"All the staff were super friendly and helpful- can’t fault them. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe, close to all the amenities such as the shops and BTS. Luckily, someone else had also written this in their review which was the deciding factor to book this hotel. The room was big and clean- the layout made it luxurious. Gym had sufficient equipment to do my workout; pool was clean but cold( I traveled in Dec during a cold spell in Bangkok). However, the staff were so accommodating and made the access to the onsen super easy to warm up. A very good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold Thai and international food available. For me, it was delicious and offered sufficient healthy selection. However, my friend felt it was expensive (for Thai standards)as it didn’t offer enough variety eg add sour dough bread, more yoghurt flavours, etc. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and have rebooked for my next stay. "

"Great service, clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location for mrt, convention centre and market. Modern and functional room with plenty of hot water and quiet AC. Can't say enough about this property and value for price paid especially when you factor in the expansive breakfast buffet. "

"Hotel was amazing. Room with a great view, doormen were very friendly and helpful and location is prime for both walking or taking the train. It’s connected to the stations so very convenient. Would definitely stay there again "

"Overall it was a great place to stay and sleep. Staff were attentive and helpful with information. Breakfast staff were excellent in greeting and making sure you had everything. Nice rooftop to chill and unwind. Would come back as it is unique. Only thing is its not really that close to quite a few sights to see unless you happy to get a taxi where most of the time I was going on a "grab" bike which was quick and efficient to see things. "
