"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"The property is exceptionally quiet and a great break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotel food was very good and reasonably priced. Cocktails by the pool were made well and not watered down like some resorts do. Luxury Bungalow was a good size bed was a huge king. I would recommend this resort, value for Money is good."
