Very clean throughout, staff all very polite and helping, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast itself is fantastic, best i have ever experienced, as well as being able to sit outdoors.

Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times.
