Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Kiama

Problems gaining access, time lapse in providing advise from host. Unit was not clean. Spider webs on verandah, screws just left in the wall. No or very little dishwashing liquid even though asked to wash dishes. Bit sad really
