Great Location & Layout

The home has a spacious common area with big windows to view the tall pines; it's located within walking distance to the beach and close to the Kiawah Island venues. Property Manager’s communication is excellent. Would recommend.

Comfortable and clean - nice location

Nice property! We liked the location close to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Short bike ride to the beach access. Enjoyed the neighborhood pool. House was very comfortable and clean and was just what we needed for 3 teenage girls and two adults over a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Lock key code for the house keys and gate code were not accessible online but a quick call to the property company when we arrived took care of that and they were prompt and helpful.

12 Inlet Cove needs some TLC

Nice location, near pool and dock. We had issues with a broken washer, broken toilet, broken blind and ants. Management company was responsive, but too many issues in a week for vacationers who should be at the beach or on the bike trails of beautiful Kiawah island. There are many lovely places to stay on Kiawah at the same price point that are in better condition.

Great Stay, Wonderful Location!

I had a fantastic time at this vacation rental on Kiawah Island! The location is absolutely perfect – you can walk to the beach every morning in just a few minutes, which was such a peaceful way to start each day. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The rental itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. That said, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The biggest one for me was the lack of provided coffee – I didn’t expect to have to buy my own, so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, the iron in the unit was a bit old and didn’t work very well, which made getting my clothes ready a bit more difficult than I would have liked. Overall, though, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway on Kiawah Island!

Nice place to stay

The home was clean when we arrived and as pictured. It did have a musty smell that remained the entire stay. There was some mold on the ceiling near vents and around the front door. The beds could use updating. Overall I would recommend unless sensitive to mold.

Lovely Inlet Cove Rental

This spacious home is comfortable and conveniently located to the pool and dock. You'll enjoy being steps from the pool and close to shopping and restaurants at Fresh Fields.

2 Weeks Over Halloween

Absolutely loved the home. Very close to a beautiful doc you can sit and watch the dolphins swim by in the afternoon and sip your drink of choice. Home was perfect for us . Would definitely rent again.

The perfect fall break vacation spot for a family!! We loved the 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the neighborhood and location on the island. The property manager and staff were quick and thorough in response to questions about the house. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. So thankful!

Nice, Peaceful Vacation

We’ve been visiting Kiawah Island for 20+ years and staying in this neighborhood. We love access to dock, river, pool & easy bike to the beach. The property we stayed in was very nice & communication with agency wonderful. The only drawback is the new development over the years that has made our secluded getaway island more populated…. Fortunately Inlet Cove has remained as a nice, quite community. Thanks for the wonder accommodations

Nice trip but information was questionable

Beach access yards away was not accurate unless you didn’t mind carry needed things but you can drive to the public beach and pay for parking for each day. This is after paying a high price for the rental. Local pool was not that nice and over crowded with limited space most of the time.. There is not a lot to do unless you drive off the island for activities and restaurants since you do not have access to the Kiawah Island Resort as a guest. We were very disappointed from reading the information and viewing the pictures to then learn there were misleading. We do not plan on returning..

Inlet Cove 12, June 2022

3 things were outstanding in this unit, the location, the master shower, & the Exfinity TV operating system. Unit is close to the pier & pool, which is super nice. About a 10-minute walk to the beach, very convenient. Master shower has 2 shower heads, great for getting all the sand off, after using downstairs outside shower and/or hose. Just talk into the TV Remote & your wishes are granted. All our favorite channels were included. The Unit is decorated in shabby chic decor, cute. Owners did a nice job. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware & utensils. There are a lot of glass surfaces, but no Windex. Bring it to avoid smudges on practically every surface. Also, bring towels, as we had 5 people and towels for 4. Only 3 Facecloths. There is also a major issue with the Master Bedroom blind, be advised. It doesn't go up or down. It just stays down. Still, all 5 of us generally liked the Unit.

Loved it but…

There is no door between the shared bath and the little hall. Lack of privacy for sure. There were baby roaches in the dishwasher ever time I opened it- even after it was run. No grill which was disappointing. And the tiny tv in the master was amusing. Otherwise, furnishings, layout and bedding was all very comfortable and nice. Kitchen was well stocked.

Nice home, great location

Convenient, spacious at home Kiawah Island experience

Quaint home in quiet community close to Beachwalker park. Very comfortable and pleasant. Would enjoy access to kayaks / canoes but not available through this property. Bike rentals close by and recommend.

Love, love, love

We had the best time on the Island! Loved the location of the house! Plenty of room for us all and so close to the pool and the sunset views! Easy to get to the beach! Would stay again!
