The access to the exterior from here to the pool and deck areas is seamless. Also, on the first floor there is the primary bedroom with an incredible bathroom that features dual sinks, a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The covered porch overlooking the patio and pool can be conveniently accessed directly from the bedroom--perfect for coffee and breakfast outdoors on a warm morning. On the second floor there is an additional entertainment area ideal for families that might need extra space. With three additional bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, the upstairs suites offer comfort and privacy. There is an incredible garage to store all of your beach and adventure gear as well as the ping pong table!
The dimensions of the pool are 8' W x 18' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the front entrance of the home. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
