「Nothing short of exceptional」

「The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.」

「We loved our stay here. We were on the first floor (technically the basement I believe) and it still felt luxurious. They had a great guide of things to do by category, the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We will definitely be back.」

「The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. 「Coffee was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Although the property could use some upgrades (carpet, paint) the room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very personable.」

「The first room we were given had a broken TV. The second room had a broken sink drain, shower drain andbthe TV had pixel lines running vertically every 1 inch. Internet speed was slow and TV only had about 4 channels. Thankfully i brought a HDMI so I could share my phone screen. One male staff member was very cordial but the rest were lazy, worthless and did not understand English well. I refilled the coffee and hot water urns both mornings at the sub par breakfast. 「Breakfast was self serve however it was a full breakfast meal. From grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, bananas, apples, cereals, coffee, hot teas, etc. very good! 」

「Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!」
