“The check-in process was a little hectic and the place could use some updates. The room was okay but wasn’t as clean as previously stated in other reviews. It was a quiet stay and we did get a good night’s rest. I just think overall it could use an update.”

“We chose the room with fireplace and 2 extra suites but only the 2 of us! But I thought the front view would be better but I’d prefer not such a noisy street below since apparently “dually” large jacked up trucks are a thing- and very loud all night lol. But honestly, so clean, such a sweet guest service at check in/out and the restaurant inside, the filet was perfect! Really enjoyed the experience for our first wedding anniversary as every antique photo in our room was of marriage certificates……

“The stay was amazing. Very luxurious. Shower is huge, separate soaking tub which was great. The views into the valley was gorgeous while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!”

“I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally……

“Building was just sold and no cable or elevator. Couple floors were being remodeled so we didn’t stay. It happens.”

“I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a……

“We have stayed at the Carlisle many times and keep coming back! We love the amenities, cookies and popcorn at night, the sitting space on the second floor, the pool, and the overall location! It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat or a mother daughter getaway!”
