“i mistakenly thought a "private garage apartment" would be atop a garage, but this one is behind. the apartment is perfectly fine, however, i would recommend that joseph contact renters earlier about the location and how to get in. he wasn't there when i arrived, i thought it was the wrong address, and only after a half an hour or so did i get the info i needed to get in. all the amenities are fine - i would recommend have a table setting or two (plate, cutlery - i saw a box of plastic cutlery,……

“Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling……

From the ease of checking in, the sparkling clean house readily stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and personal toiletries-the wonderful backyard fully fenced for our pet’s safety- and even a corn hole game! It was so relaxing, and we hope to stay there again next year, as this is a must do again!”
