“Straight to what you are probably wanting to know. -AC is very good. August at 96F, no issues having the room cool quickly < 10 min from a dedicated split unit. -Breakfast was great with mix of greek and continental items. Best for couples looking for a quiet bed and breakfast experience deep within the Old Town. Boutique hotel with a modern touch in a historic area surrounded by quieter restaurants and cafes off the main tourist strip. The staff was friendly, helped coordinate our taxis and……

“Staff were amazing, really friendly, giving us lots of tips and offering free towels for the beach (deposit req) even after we checked out! The luggage room was also really helpful. Great location, the balcony was lovely. 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from late if lovely restaurants. The bed was comfy, the room was light and airy, and they give you two pillows per person. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay again”

“Ideal for small group trips”

“I can't praise Utopia enough, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation, perfect location and a wonderful breakfast. But the best thing about our stay that made it special was Effie and Yiannis, what absolute perfect hosts they are. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian husband that doesn't like cheese! It was also my husbands birthday while we were there and they decorated our apartment with balloons, hats etc and put a lovely……

“Amazing location, close to great restaurants and the port for any day trips. Walking distance to great shopping and the old town. However the walls are thin (we could hear a neighbour snoring luckily this was only one night).”

“This place was great”
