“I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda.
When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay.
There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. “Staff at the hotel are excellent! I booked a 1-week stay here because my Airbnb was cancelled at the last minute. They serve a modest complimentary breakfast every morning in their restaurant that is located inside the hotel.
They provide currency exchange at the front desk.
Housecleaning is performed everyday by women who do an excellent job.
The exercise room is nothing like advertised. It consists of 2 old treadmills inside of what looks to be an abandoned storage room.
