This is one of the most horrible places I have ever stayed. It started the very first night when my toothpaste vanished from the bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, while I was working in my room, a strange girl I didn't know simply walked in. Shocked, I went to the common area to see what was going on, only to find a group of boys and girls starting a party, smoking, and making excessive noise.
When I tried to speak to them, they ignored me completely. Between the stranger entering my room and the chaos outside, I felt totally unsafe. I had to check out early and book another place just to feel secure. To add to the frustration, the washing machine was broken, and they tried to charge me for a laundry service instead. Management acted like they empathized with my complaints, but ultimately did nothing to help.
