“The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. ”

“Great and quick communication with the hotel before arrival. I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me. And then the lady came out to welcome me as well . Arriving in kigali for the first time at 12 am it is nice to stay at this place not too far……

“I had a king size bed and a bathroom down the hall that was not shared with anyone else. It’s a great value, just be aware of what you are booking.”

“Helpful staff, the bedsheets needs whitening; It doesn’t look clean. The reading table needs a reading light, the room is not bright enough and the more so for reading/working ”

“Internet was terrible. Needs lot of imporvements. No hair drier, Refrigerator placed badly, Overall not worth the money. However the surrondings around the place were very beautiful. Staff were very polite and friendly.”
