“酒店不大，一栋小楼，距离机场距离较近，酒店服务员比较热情，服务态度和意识比较好！”

“Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.”

“The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. ”

“Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda. ”

“The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. ”

“Homely and friendly staff. The staff goes above and beyond, especially for meals. One staff member even helped me get my telephone fixed by taking me to a local electronics repair shop. I felt home…”

“It is not suitable for travelers. It is an old house converted in short stay, I had to leave my car outside scared that it could be broke in. I would not advise anyone to go there, it is very old. ”

“I originally booked another hotel that ended up being under maintenance so Expedia transferred me to Igitego. There was a bit of arranging amongst the staff at first, but they made the transition feel very easy. Meals were delicious and filling. The three main staff members who cared for me went above and beyond to create a memorable and hospitable stay.”

“Nice, new hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. There were some minor idiosyncrasies, had the run the shower for a few minutes before the water warmed up, dark curtains didn’t cover the width of the windows…but it was clean and comfortable. ”
