Clean nice place

My family and I stay in these condos about once a year. We stay in this particular condo for the cleanliness and access to laundry and kitchen for the kids. It really is a great place for a busy family like ours who are always running up and down from the beach. If you want a place with more amenities- nicer soaps, towels,fluffy beds, access to storage for beach chairs etc - maybe look elsewhere? But if you are a young family on the go this place is great!

Great Oasis

We were there for a conference next door at the Marriott but staying in this unit (for the second year in a row) gave us a perfect retreat from the day-to-day commotion of the venue. Always impeccably maintained and supplied!

Our family of 3 loved our stay in this unit at WBV. This property is fantastic. Clean on arrival, great welcome and beautiful accommodations that are stocked for a very comfortable stay. The convenience to the beach, shops and restaurants can’t be beat. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Wailea Beach Villas

Communication from the Coldwell Banker property management team was thoughtful and thorough from pre check in, through the stay to checkout. Kai, Kaitlin, and Allison provided top service and made us feel welcome after a long trip. The property was amazing, grounds were immaculate, and property services and concierge were all above expectations. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future. Mahalo!

Fantastic location and unit

We met friends from Sydney. The unit was perfect. It had great gathering/visiting space, but also good bedrooms with private bathrooms. It was spotless and had a well stocked kitchen, if you choose to eat in. The property is quiet, but is located in the heart of everything. We walked to several restaurants up and down the beach and to the Shops at Wailea. Watched whales from the adults only pool. Also has a family pool. Will definitely return!

Maui get away

The condo and property are beautiful. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed which was appreciated. It was not an issue for us but the walk to the pool could be difficult for some people as there is a hill to the pool/beach area. We had a great stay and enjoyed many parts of Maui.

Wonderful two weeks!

This was our third visit to this property and first time in this unit! It was amazing from the check-in process to the check-out process. It was super clean and a great location. The property manager was available for any questions we had. We only had a couple of minor ones and they respond in 5 minutes. it is close to everything.... pool, beach, shops, restaurants. You can walk to everything. We loved our two week stay and plan to return next year.
