Great location!

Great location! The ocean directly across the street made this the perfect place for the family. A well stocked kitchen and beach gear was a bonus. Would recommend and stay here again

Perfect location!!

Perfect location, walking distance to 4 different beach's, easy to get to, easy drives to the many attractions Maui has to offer. The condo was perfect for our 35th anniversary and my birthday get-away! Would definitely book again!

Karen was wonderful!

Great location and the stay made our Christmas wonderful! Karen went out of her way to ensure our check in process was smooth and even had decorated the place for Christmas, just lovely. Also, this was the perfect location for all of our activities!

Excellent condo, spacious, clean, view of beach & local restaurants

All the things you'd expect from renting a condo. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The bed was great, the owner was wonderful, the view was what you want in Maui. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay, beach and town close. Kitchen stocked well plus other things like beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs etc… AC worked well in bedrooms, living room was a bit warm but not a dealbreaker. All in all good! I would stay again.

Can’t wait to return

Great location with beautiful beach access just across the street, restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a great local Farmers Market Wednesday mornings next door. You fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The unit was clean, spacious, and we loved that there was a bathroom attached to each room. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating our meals on the lanai or at the dining table in the A/C. Both had ocean views.

Lovely property, spectacular ocean view

The property was perfect in every way for our family of four. Clean, well provisioned, and incredibly thoughtful touches added by Karen, who is an extraordinary host. Directly across from a great beach and a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. Sweeping ocean views and every comfort you could imagine. Karen has lots of solutions and local knowledge to offer as well.

A wonderful condo

The condo is perfectly located to access Kameole 3 (across the street) and 2 (a short block away) and the views of all the activity at the park and the ocean made for great early morning coffee on the lanai. The condo is so well equipped that you feel like the owners live there and just loaned it to you for your stay. We loved it!

Perfect unit located across the street from the beach (the kids and I loved that!). Unit included beach items, and house and bathroom appliances. The beds were very comfortable!! The area was quiet, and just a short 3-6 minute walk from several stores, food trucks, ice cream/shaved ice, and restaurants. THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!

What an absolutely fantastic property! Our hosts, Joe and Karen, made our stay feel like home.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Every amenity was absolutely accounted for. Want a beach picnic, everything you need is there. Want to dine in? Full spice rack, all the cook and dinner ware. The views from the lanai? Magical! The entire complex is clean, quiet, and situated perfectly in Kihei. If you are considering a Maui vacation, this is where you want to stay. Thank you Joe and Karen, we will see you again!

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful

This is our first trip to Maui and it was absolutely the best trip ever. Upon arrive to the rental Karen greeted us with a welcoming smile and offered assistance with anything we needed. She was just a door down from us which is convenient. The condo is very well kept, spacious and has a great view of the ocean. Everything you need is there, washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, many types of coffee makers and other appliances. Dinnerware and silverware, cups, cookware is all provided. I can't wait to come visit again soon. Mahalo!

Superb Holiday

Karen and Joe were gracious hosts. They’re welcome letter included everything a newcomer could need to enjoy themselves. They were very easy to work with and immediately responded to any email I sent. The unit was very spacious, and a full kitchen precluded lots of pricey restaurant excursions. The ceiling fans make a wonderful addition to the constant ocean breeze that cools down the unit. Our favorite spot was happy hour on the lanai, just before a quick trip to the beach, a short three minute walk. The salt water pool was very peaceful and there were plenty of barbecues so we did not have to wait to cook. We will definitely return. Thank you Karen

The most thoughtful hosts

the stay was better than I expected it to be. The condo is right across the street from a great beach that was never crowded. Since it's a public park there are still and benches there also. I love morning coffee and was able to walk 5 minutes or so and enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The location was great! Karen thought of everything I didn't even consider. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. The kitchen had literally every kitchen device a person could need. Great dishes and cookware. I mean absolutely everything was there. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset each night was fantastic. It was the best! In addition the hosts are super friendly and helpful. In already planning my return trip.

Will definitely rebook!

This is the best experience I have had with Vacation rental companies ever! the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, spices, pots, pans, coffee maker and even an airfryer. The beds and the space are extremely comfortable and fit our family of 5 just perfectly!.Bonus of this place was the saltwater pool in the complex. If you want to stay in a beautiful central location, this is it! we could walk anywhere (restawanted, shops, groceries, touristy spots) and most importantly the beach, which is right across the road if we wanted. I highly recommend walking around and getting to know the locals. The lanai was also perfect to have meals and people watch and the views are incredible. The only downside was that the power went out for a while one evening (city wide) and there were no flashlights and such in the apartment. As some people have mentioned, it is on a main road so it can get noisy. We didn't mind though, as it's not to the point where it's unbearable. Will def rebook!

Amazing View!!!

Karen and Joe are fantastic hosts. They were prompt with answering all questions and so thoughtful in every way. We came with as a family of 4 with our 2 teenage daughters. We enjoyed our mornings and evening on the Lanai, having breakfast, playing cards and watching the whales. Just amazing! The condo was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The condo is in a great location across from Kam III beach. We swam and snorkeled there and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. There is so much within walking distance too. We definitely recommend the cinnamon roll place, and Paia Fish market, soo good! I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will again when we return one day. Thank you, Karen and Joe, for your amazing hospitality and thoughtfulness, especially with Larrys birthday and on our departure day. We are so appreciative of everything! Mahalo!!

Ocean View in Kihei

We had an amazing time in Kihei! The location in South Kihei was great for as we love the Wailea/Makena area. The park across the street provided easy access to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. One of my favorite places is Beach Street - they have the best açaí bowls!! Next door is Cafe Au Lei for lunch or dinner. Ok, back to the condo. We love going out for dinner, but we also love to cook; the kitchen is fully stocked with just about any appliance you can think of. Some basic staples were provided too. Maybe left from previous renters? Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels all provided, that was a big plus. The pool area was usually empty (we prefer the beach!), but the gas bbq’s are in that area. Although we enjoyed the location, the only downfall would be the traffic noise. We had all the windows open to breath in the ocean air, so that was our choice. Easy check in, check out.

Amazing Place to Stay in Kihei!

We loved staying in this condo with lovely ocean views from the lanai and the rest of the unit too. We watched the sunset every night and saw lots of whales! It's right across the street from a great beach and in walking distance to several other beaches. It's also in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The location can't be beat. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. It is wonderfully equipped. If you want to cook, you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. That extends to the rest of the place too - plenty of pillows, towels, etc. The beds are both very comfortable (including the pull out). There are books, games, binoculars for the whale watching. If you are looking for something, it will most likely be there! Karen and Joe are great hosts - very responsive and provide great customer service. They also provide lots of helpful information about the condo and the local area in a handy binder. There are so many nice touches, I'm sure I'm even forgetting to mention something! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for your stay on Maui.
