"My girlfriend and I loved this studio. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the island, before spending a few days on a resort. It is definitely small, but it comes very well equipped (beach chairs, umbrella and towels were super useful, we used them everyday!) and you can't beat the location (walking distance to many food options, including this huge food truck park). "This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!"

"This studio condo was perfect for my solo stay! Very clean and cute and stocked with almost everything one could need. I anbsolut appreciate the chair, umbrella, towel, and boogie board!! Add a blender, and 100% of my needs would be met! The grounds are beautifully kept and quiet. This unit is all the way at back close to S Kihei Rd, but with the ac running, road noise is minimal. Mahalo, I would for sure stay here again!"

"The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL"

"We loved the unit and property, but we were up by the road and up close to the property next door, which was loud with construction and equipment noise first thing every morning. Did not get a good night's sleep the entire week."

"The condo is in a perfect location with only a 3 minute walk to the beach! We found everything we needed within the condo. We will definitely look to come back again!"

"The Palms at Wailea The condo was very nice and well appointed. The furniture (with the exception of the couch) was very comfortable. My favorite place was the lanai in the morning for yoga. The only drawback was the location facing a well traveled road that supported motorcycles and cars playing excessively loud music. The beaches in the local area are amongst the best on Maui and we spent 33 days enjoying them. The owner was responsive and helpful and we loved cooking and eating on the lanai."
