A beautiful location

Clean, convenient to everything, located in beautiful South Maui. Lots of sea turtles to see right in the water at the Kamaole beaches. One minute walk to Kamaole II beach.

Great location with so many extras

Loved this place for our first stay in Maui. It had lots of extras that weren’t in the listing. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, two coolers and ice packs. The bathroom was beautifully renovated. Pots and pans were high quality. It was more than we were expecting! So happy with our stay.

First time to Maui

Great place to stay close to many shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and well equipped!

We had a great stay. The condo was very well equipped and the location is great! Really enjoyed the pool which was warm and not very busy. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels supplied and easy convenient parking. We hope to be back!

Everything we were looking for

This unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It felt private ( just the way we wanted it) while being so close to the beach and eateries around at the same time.

Great condo and perfect location!

Very clean and well stocked condo. Love the location in Kihei, right across from Kamaole II beach and near shopping and restaurants. Very quiet unit. Bed was super comfortable. Would rent this unit again!

Great location for beaches

Condo was clean & ready for early checkin. Furniture was comfortable. WiFi okay in living room, weak in bedroom. Well supplied with kitchen tools & spices. Easy access to beach across the street.

The location was amazing. Didn’t like having to turn the air on every 4 hours. Made for very sleepless nights. Also the unit was right by the dumpster and people empty their trash very early making for sleep issues.

Nice Clean Modern Unit

We have stayed in this complex many times over the last 20+ years and found this unit to be the cleanest, well equipped condo of all. We had a small maintenance issue and they were over in less than 2 hours and corrected the issue while we were out. We would definitely stay here again the the near future. Mahalo

Kihei Kai Noni

We enjoyed staying at Kihei Kai Noni 3-116. The condo is comfortably furnished with thoughtful details throughout. The king bed was very comfortable and there were two different pillows for those who prefer a firm or softer pillow. The lanai provides a tranquil view and cool breeze in the evening. I highly recommend this condo.

Great property

Quiet, well-appointed, comfortable. Super great location to everything you need within walking distance. Lots of towels, 3 chairs, coolers, etc. Sheets were threadbare, but they purchased new ones after our visit. We had a lot of groceries and there was no cupboard or pantry for them, but plenty of space on peninsula.

Conveniently located in Kihei, South Maui, across from Kameole Beach II and walking distance to essentials such as restaurants, a general store, and shops for local souvenirs. Lots of parking for your car rental, a clean pool for days that the ocean waves keep you out of the water.Their condo rental was more than I expected, better than listed. So beautifully decorated, so clean, and fully stocked - there is nothing you would need! Would absolutely look for this rental the next time I visit Maui! Highly recommend.

The outdoor space makes a huge difference compare to the little balconies that most places have. Check in and out was very easy and the management company was very helpful. The condo is equipped with everything you can think of. The bed is comfortable and the cool air from the AC in the living room goes all the way to the bedroom.It’s really quiet and I highly recommend it with a kid as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great complex, great location to beach, amenities. Beach towel location was not obvious and found them mid way into stay. (under the bed). We ended up buying some cheap ones because of this. No AC in bedroom should be noted. We had some hot sleeps despite fan provided. Garden patio was nice too.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dishwasher had mold and there was an issue with cockroaches and little flies. Nobody at the complex seemed phased by it so I’m assuming they know. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beach chairs/snorkelling gear was great. The pool was a perfect temperature Overall for the price it was okay.

Great spring break 2015

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the prefect space to house my family of 4 (2 kids under 7 shared the pull out couch, parents took the bedroom) Kitchen was incredibly well stocked (and I like to cook so that's saying something) as well as the selection of beach gear! There is a pedestrian crosswalk at the entrance of the property that takes you safely across the street to Kam 2 where we spent most of our days. There is reef at either end of the beach to snorkel but check out Charley Young beach for Sea Turtles! The humpback whales put on a daily show on the horizon and we had more than one delicious meal from Fred's Mexican Cafe next door. The pool is cold (but having talked to others staying in the Kiheinarea, all the condo pools in that area are unheated?) so unless you want to pay to stay at a resort to have a heated pool, this place is the place to stay! Also, we preordered groceries from and Michelle's service was fantastic! There was a mix up in an item and Michelle swapped it out the same day at no charge.
