We loved staying at HK 150. The updates in this unit are luxurious and substantial. Very clean and well appointed. Really make you feel special. Sitting at the back of the property is nice and with a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved walking before the sun rose to enjoy how the colors changed in the sky and the beautiful property.

Great stay at #150. The place was super clean. The kitchen was fully loaded with all needed utensils. Split AC was quiet and worked excellent. It was nice to keep living area a little warmer and the bedroom cooler for sleeping. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Kihei!

We had an excellent stay here! Unit came completely stocked with everything we needed (including convenient touches like beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc.). Beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkelling all within walking distance. Really pretty plumeria trees all around the complex! Property management company is very responsive. Kihei was an excellent place to be based for both beaches and excursions around the island.

Felt so comfortable!

We enjoyed this tremendously. It fit all our needs, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, bbq, starters for laundry and cleaning the dishes if we chose to do so, and we felt so comfortable the entire stay. We were close to the pool, enjoyed dinner on the lanai at sunset, and walked to the beach to see turtles every day. We loved that we could easily walk to so many things. It was hard to say goodbye so we said ALOHA!

Close handy to upper pool and barbeques. Some noise from upstairs unit furniture moving on tile floor. Could use more t spoons and coffee cups. Awkward opening and closing dishwasher door. Split AC great. Nice shower.

The Perfect Stay

We stayed for 10 days with our toddler & couldn’t have asked for a better property. The unit is steps away from the pool & the ocean view is gorgeous. The complex is minutes from the beach & easy walking access to the cafes & restaurants in Kihei. The unit has beach chairs, a cooler & beach towels - all the basics you need for a beach day. Communication with the property manager was extremely quick and always very helpful. They also helped us coordinate a few rentals for our toddler with a local company. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place & would absolutely love to stay again. We would especially recommend for kids of any age. Our son loved to run around in the open courtyard by the pool & made lots of friends.

Great location for families

We had a wonderful time. There is AC in both bedroom and front room/kitchen. The AC in room works great. The one in front room/kitchen was ok. It was humid and hot when we went. So it kitchen/front room was little humid and warm at times. The amenities and everything there for us to use helped make home away from home really easy and comfortable. They do have a glass table here so I had to move that to corner so kids don’t go near it with chairs blocking it. But besides that area was open and safe for little ones. I would stay here again if I go to Maui again. Thank you,

Charming Condo in a Perfect Maui Location

The condo was really well located near the beach. It was easy to walk right across and catch the sunset and a short drive to everything we needed. It is also very close to the pool which was nice—all we had to do was walk out the back door and we were right there. It has very cute decorations and was a nice place to stay for our Maui vacation.

Great condo! Host was always there if I had any questions. Nice and clean with no bugs getting in. Love the VW theme also as I was a bus and bug owner in my youth. Had a guitar in the outside closet. That was really cool even though I brought my own. Had all the things we needed to go to the beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a lot more we did not use. We would stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful perfectly located apartment. The apartment is right behind a beautiful park and the beach where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped even with beach equipment. Should we come back to Maui we could book this apartment definitely again.

We really enjoyed our stay here...We gave it 3 stars for a few reasons... 1) The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and kept us up till all hours of the night 2) The dishwasher kept falling forward when we tried to load and unload it.
