Maui Sunset A406 - a quiet, peaceful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was well appointed with useful items and all the expected supplies. The complex is nicely located on the beach with the grounds in fine condition. The unit floor could have been a little cleaner.

Not awful but I wouldn't return

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Nice to have a full kitchen and in unit laundry. The lawn area and pool were nice and it was easy to book activities right at the hotel. Short drive to near by shopping centers. Cons:The beach it has access to is in a place where the sand gets stirred up all the time. You need to drive to get the beautiful blue waters. The biggest con was the AC systems. The place has 2 window units that were old and loud. The one in the bedroom didn't go below 72F and my husband and I had pick between loud and somewhat cool or quiet and stifling at night. Neither one of us slept well our whole stay. We asked maintenance to come look at the AC but they never came. I would rather spend a bit more to go somewhere nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One bedroom with a pull or couch and a single Murphy bed. The kitchen is well stocked. Two bathrooms makes it easy to have more people. All in all a great facility in a nice location
