We had an amazing time!

We had an amazing time. The pool and hot tub were great to come to after a long day of walking and exploring Maui. And we got to see turtles sleeping on the beach that is within walking distance of this place. Love that!

Great Central Location

Property is very nice and central to a lot of activities within walking distance and driving distance, the pool and hottub are a huge asset on the windier days and at night. No issues atall would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

The location is beautiful - we never got tired of having our meals at the lanai! Just a short walk from the beach and tasty food truck parks.. Our host was extremely responsive and always able to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. Great place!

Great place, close to the beach where you can watch the sunset as well as close to times supermarket. Only flaw was that there were ants on the stovetop when we arrived and during our stay, we would see ants moving up and down the stove top. We never used the stove top during our stay. Other than that, perfect accommodation.

Very nice apartment and very modern

The apartment looks exactly as pictured. The lanai is such a nice touch. It’s in a very cute complex very close to ocean access (not a swimable beach, but a small pretty beach). They had lots of beach supplies that were very useful! They had beach mats, beach towels, lawn chairs, etc. We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo unfortunately but I think this is common on the island. The complex was nice but Kihei itself is not as manicured or as upscale as nearby Wailea. Close to many good coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

We LOVED this place!

We LOVED this place. The condo was clean and stylish. The kitchen had all the amenities that one would need. I appreciated the extras: spices, sandwich bags, foil. Things like this are so helpful. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were appreciated and well used. The garden view from the lanai was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and met some really nice people, some who were guests and others, residents. Kihei Garden Estates is quiet and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We loved the short walk to Kalama Park and the Triangle. Vacation-Maui was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location

Loved everything about this place. The location was perfectly nestled in between the beach and a business district of Kihei. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, coffee house, Maui Pie, Nalu's, Diamonds and many more. Keep your drinks cool and snacks ready at the condo while at the beach, only a 2 minute walk away. Everything you would need to cook plus more! (ziplock bags, coffee filters, ice packs...) Beach chairs where amazing. The only drawback was that some of the furniture (outdoor and indoor) was worn (the patio chairs wicker was peeling, the coffee table was scratch up, the pillows on the couch smelt funny) but we didn't care as everything else was great! The shower rail fell and the manager came and replaced it the following day... great service! We will be back! ♥

Kid-Friendly Comfort Near Beach, Shops, and Food

As a family with two children under 6, this was the perfect spot. The location, being walkable to shops, food, and the beach was easy for morning coffee and quick food. Close to beach however bunch of homeless people hangout just outside the parking area (church across street appears to attract them). The place is walkable to beach and sunset views. Walkable to Nalu for breakfast and Akamai coffee. Close to resorts for Resort Pass or dining opportunities and central to Kihei and Wailea. Would probably stay here again, clean towels, clean space. A/C works in family room area but bedroom sleeps warmer even with the fan on. TV easy to use. Pool area is nice!! Plenty of awesome restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Communication with property manager was perfecto!
