Amazing

Very clean, very friendly, walking distance to the beach and stores and restaurants. Love the place and everything around it. I can't wait to stay again. I highly recommend it to everyone. Best stay ever

The safe never worked even after contact with the people who took care of the place.

The welcome items were very sparse. We were located right by the drop off and the pick up for the garbage and recycling so it was very noisy. There were no cleaning supplies and we stayed for three weeks.

Tired unit

Location of Maui Banyon is perfect. This unit is very tired and could certainly do with an upgrade. Bathrooms - could not use tub as the stopper was badly corroded as were the tips of the liquid soap containers in each bathroom. So simple to improve appearance.Both bathrooms could use a complete reno!Paint is worn off furniture. Two slice toaster was old. Did not have any contact with property manager so rated this 1
