Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 4 people, 3 barstools at kitchen island, Smart TV with cable, wireless printer, leather sectional, sunshades for the entire living area, new AC, and 2 leather chairs.
Lanai: Ocean view oversized lanai with dining table for 4 people, beach gear, and 2 sun loungers.
Although there are elevators the entire resort is not ADA friendly as there are steps to get to this unit.

Walk out of the complex and immediately hit Dolphin Plaza, a local and tourist favorite for little dining and shopping options. Cross the street and end up at Kamaole II Beach Park, a favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. The resort has free open parking, you simply register your vehicle at the front office. Dining, shopping, and beach activities are all within walking distance.
