""Perfect" as an adjective actually doesn't do this property justice. Top to bottom, the unit is a VRBO unicorn as far as I'm concerned. Amazingly laid out and furnished and spotlessly clean are one good thing, but the astonishingly great view and proximity to crashing waves and natural entertainment is something you just don't normally find for less than $1k per night...much less. The neighborhood is also definitely upscale and you don't have to worry about keggers or knucklehead gatherings...

Our property manager was very prompt in all responses and we were especially grateful to them when our initial travel plans changed, requiring us to change our check-in date. "Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small."

"We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony was very comfortable and had amazing views. The room was clean with had plenty of space for us. The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. However, the airflow from the balcony and front-door windows kept us cool enough while spending time in the kitchen/living room. The only other thing we were a little surprised by was how the beach area around the building...

"This property was great. It was our second stay at the resort. Condo was great but we should have looked at map as it goes out to the parking lot. Our fault. Still a nice place to stay. Only downfall is no actual dressers. When you stay 10 nights, it is a bit of a hindrance. Overall we loved our stay except for the horrible weather we encountered which could not be helped."

"Our family of six adults (3 generations) had a fantastic week long stay! We were able to easily explore the entire island from this location. Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!"

"This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!"

"This condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was great. Lanai is big and we enjoyed eating out there and listening to the birds early am. Shopping across the street was easy and convenient and walkable. Parking was super easy and convenient and at no extra charge. Definitely would come back and recommend. Mahalo🌈"
