“This is an extremely well presented boutique hotel, reminisent of those luxury hotel stays from years gone by. The friendly proprietors Annette and Paul cannot do enough for you, and will recommend tours, attratctions, restaurants etc. The building is a large house overlooking Loch Lein in the Killarney National Park offering 23 rooms. Well positioned for the Ring of Kerry, Dingle and the Killarney Lakes. It has a small bar and quiet seating area. The bedrooms are large and spacious and……

“The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room.
