Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condo is the perfect vacation spot! When you enter the community, you will feel like you are at a resort. You may not even want to leave the community! The pretty colored buildings give you a sense of welcoming and fun. Stay Salty offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and beaches on the Outer Banks!

Stay Salty has everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation. From the gas grill, hot tub area and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, there's enough space for just about everyone.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the garage and one in the driveway. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served parking spots.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm.Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
