I stayed at this hotel for 8 days in a row! I truly enjoyed my nice and quiet stay at Hill Country. Rooms we're clean, WIFI was solid, Bed was comfortable! The staff provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely stay at Hill Country again in the future!...

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The biggest issue is that the building is very old, and needs repairs. The first room we were given didn't have a working AC. The second room had an amazing AC, but no blankets. Just the cover and sheets. My husband was fine, I was freezing. Rates were reasonable, and I am grateful, as it was a last minute trip.

Excellent value for the money. Why pay over $100 when all we need is a clean bed, a hot shower and a well lit parking lot? Good job with this place!

The door to the room had gaps like it was kicked in and re-hung, and not well. The light switch when you walked in didn’t work so you had to find your way to the back to turn on a light. The door to the bathroom was warped so bad it was at least two inches from closing. Stains on the ceiling from roof leaks, and the popcorn in the bathroom was flaking off. Hole in the bedsheets, stains on the towels. Price was good, and now I know why.

Roaches in the room. Bathroom had missing fixtures, literally ripped out of the wall. Busted drywall that was "fixed" by someone who knows nothing about drywall. Mismatched paint coverups. People hanging outside all night. Pay more and stay somewhere better.
