Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Our stay was not pleasant. We chose this facility because the 2nd photo had a grill in front of the entrance. We drove 4 1/2 hrs for a weekend trip to find that It did not. It was also listed in amenities. We asked once arriving and were assured there was one. We had a late arrival so we went ahead and stayed the night as planned. We noticed the kitchen had no grill accessories. After much back and forth with the customer service we were told they did not have one but we could use one in common area that we could drive to. We were then told this was a new property for them and we should just be understanding and that they had one available in the common area and that amounted to two small grills. We felt that was false advertising. We also had internet issues as well. We tried to get assistance but never received help with that issue either. The kitchen had no spices, no coffee, salt, pepper, or dish washing soap, or dishwasher pods. The only trash bags extra were for the small bathroom. None fit the kitchen. We vacation often in condos and they are always stocked with a few things to get you started until you can get to the store in town but this one had nothing. I have never posted a poor review but never had an en experience like this “new property “.
