Black Dog Lakehouse is a beautiful property! Our family had the BEST time staying there and making memories together at Table Rock Lake! We drove 18 hours from Pennsylvania to Kansas to pick up my 84 year old mom and bring her to Black Dog Lakehouse. We had the time of our lives and she even jumped in the lake off our rental boat to swim! Thank you, Black Dog Lakehouse hosts!

Clean spacious all around great place to stay

Overall a great place to stay. The only compliant I have is the listing said it is a 3 minute walk to lake instead of a 3 minute drive. The property owner was very helpful in the navigation to the lake and recommended places my family to go to enjoy the lake.

Our family of 5 stayed at this charming little place for 5 days/nights, and we hope to return! It is a perfect distance from Silver Dollar City that we could enjoy the fun and then still come home to a quiet, relaxing cabin! We enjoyed listening to the birds on the deck and spent a few days just enjoying the quiet on a calm, dead-end street set away from it all. The outside of the cabin could use some TLC (as all wooden structures do when exposed to the elements), but inside was immaculate and just as cute as the pictures! Highly recommend if you want to be close to SDC/Branson but avoid the crowds and noise.

Beautiful home less than 5 min from Port of Kimberling and the restaurants and grocery in town. The house was so cool and comfortable during very hot summer weather. The deck was shaded and enjoyable. This is a perfect place to house a family looking to enjoy time on the lake and time together.

Relaxing getaway!

We loved our stay at the Black Dog Lakehouse! It was a relaxing stay in the woods and we enjoyed our evenings on the back deck. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner even paid attention to the little touches like extra blankets, toothpaste, and a good collection of kitchen utensils and gadgets.

We will be back!

The location was perfect for us… close to Harter House and where we dry stack our boat. The bedrooms were great and had dark enough shades that the kids didn’t wake up too early. The whole place was very clean and the little notes around the house were very helpful. We had the best time!
