"Room was good and clean, but a lot of outdated items. Rust in the shower. Night staff was super friendly and helpful. But the morning staff was rude. "

"Check in wasn’t good. The lady said what’s your name and here’s your key. No info on elevator, internet or breakfast. No thank you’d or enjoy your stay and it wasn’t even busy. The room was very nice and clean. The beds are a little soft/worn in well. It was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was good with a large variety of items. None of the staff were friendly, except when we were leaving. The young man that checked us out was very polite. It’s good for an over night stay, but no longer."

"What hot tub, I reserved a executive suite. They gave me a handicap room and I'm not even handicap, the coffee sucked, I will not stay there anymore on my next trip, fire exit door would not open"

"The property was just “ok”, nothing special. The grounds around the hotel were not kept clean and there was only a very small patch of grass - if you are traveling with a dog. The noise from the highway is the deal breaker - loud, very loud - all night long. The pillows were nice, but again, could not sleep much with all the noise."
