The breakfast was very good, had bacon and eggs which is always a pleasant surprise at a hotel. The guest laundry was fabulous (I hate traveling with a suitcase full of dirty clothes). Room spacious and comfortable, great shower. It was too cold to enjoy, but my room had a balcony! Would absolutely stay here again.

The facility was well laid out. Big rooms and perfect location. This was the second time I stayed there it wasn't as spectacular as the first. My bathroom door squeaked as it opened and closed but the coffee selection makes up for it. I would still highly recommend this place.

Everything was excellent for the price. It is just next to the highway, the room and the bathroom were spacious, and there is a small sink in the room which is so convenient to cook cup noodles.

We just stopped for the night. The hotel and room were very nice. The Christmas tree and other decorations in the lobby were tasteful rather than gaudy or overdone. The room was clean and everything worked; the spacious walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. What stood out about this hotel isn't so much that it was particularly luxurious or had amenities others lack - the amenities were more or less typical - but in most other hotels there are usually a few things that aren't quite up to snuff. Not bad enough to bother complaining about, but below expectations nonetheless. I didn't notice any such shortcomings here, and that is noteworthy.

The staff were courteous and polite. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean enough but it wasn’t spotless. The elevator doors had a lot of smudges and smears. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it as well.

The facility was wonderful! The staff was very good, the room was excellent, clean modern, well kept. The problem was some A** decided that a 1 AM cigarette in his room was fine, however he set the smoke detector! So I can report that the fire alarm system works well and the staff know what to do. It is so unfortunate to the Garland that I had a poor stay it really is not the hotels fault!

This place was perfect for a stop on an I-70 road trip. Clean, decent breakfast, and a great price with allowed us to upgrade to the “deluxe” suite with the pull out couch so our HS/college aged kids didn’t need to share a bed. The only issue was the hot water ran out in the morning. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in December while visiting Ohio holiday showpieces and traveling to see family in Ohio. The property leaned into its name “Garland” and had eye-appealing decorations in the public spaces in the first floor.

Often times you could not find anyone at the front desk. We booked our stay at the Garland Hotel because it advertised having an Indoor pool. During all of our stay the pool was closed. Upon checkout I requested a copy of my receipt and was told that the clerk was unable to print out a paper receipt however I would receive an email receipt. To date I have I have not received the email. I left a message with the location yet again requesting a copy of my receipt and have not heard anything back from them
