Older property, a bit overpriced for what you got but excellent staff, very accommodating and that made up for noisy neighbors who were blasting their tv at 10 PM. Staff went right to their room and got them to shut it down. No health club or coffee shop or anything like that. Very convenient location right off 70 in Hebron, and much cheaper than staying in Columbus which is 20 miles west and also one of the top locations in America for bed bugs! That was one reason I stayed in Hebron. Road type food across the street -- Sbarro and Popeyes but also a truck stop there. Overpriced gasoline across the street but very convenient.

The property smelled dank. Our room was dirty, we had to use wet wipes wherever we wanted to place things and left the floor alone as it was lamenent (too big a job to clean). The toilet did not flush properly and the shower was quite rustic. No hooks in the bathroom to hang things on. No chair and no suitcase stand. The one pop machine they have doesn't work and the ice machine is right next to the front desk ( I presume to watch how much ice people take). I would recommend this hotel as a last resort.

There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean except for floor. I liked that there was no carpet, but the floor needed a good mopping. Staff upon checking in was friendly. It was a restful stay at a reasonable price.

Front desk staff greeted me with a smile. The motel and room has a stale odor. The carpet was soiled and worn. The bathroom was tub area and shower curtain was soiled. I requested staff clean the tub and replace shower curtain. Jess with housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. The Internet nor phone was in operation on the room.
