The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay. A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort. House clearing is not well and the toilet is with some yellow dirt. However, the staff handles this well and manages another room as replacement. Plus, we have another problem at another renting. The faucet in the bathroom gets stuck so it is not a good experience.

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.

A good ski apt with a nice host.

Host Marcos is really nice...the drive to supermarket is very helpful, the information for skiing is ample. The ski in / out is convenient, only a few steps away from the gondola. Will recommend to friends.
