「I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. 」

「I first stayed at this hotel in September 2024 and I enjoyed my staff. I returned to Riyadh in September 2025 and the event hotel was full so I had another look at this hotel. My 2nd stay was amazing! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite but more importantly the ladies gym and spa has opened. I wish i had brought my swimming costume as the indoor ladies pool looked great. Gym was good, my only suggests would be it is a little warm due to the proximity of the pool and small towels and water...

「Me and my wife stayed 1 night only. Check in and check out were fast, but they asked me for 200 SR as deposit i dunno why cause the minibar has only 2 cans of Colca Cola!! There is no signs and guidance for the arrangement of guests rooms infront of the elevator so we walked whole the corridor looking and searching for our room! We booked as 2 guests but they only provided us with one towel and one slippers, when I asked to diuble them they brought only one extra medium towel and then they said...
