“Hotel clean, staff very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent”

“Clean, welcoming and comfy. The staff at Mena Hotel Tabuk took great care of us, including extra towels and even checking in to see if we needed anything else. I loved that our room actually had some room, including a comfy chair and a place to put a suitcase. We had one early morning, and I was thankful that when they said breakfast starts at 6:00 it really was open and ready for me to eat at 6:00. One area that they could improve is breakfast offerings. I'd love to see an omelet station……

“Room was found truly clean and bed was fairly comfortable. Large space with convenient bathroom. AC is not perfect but acceptable to have good sleep.”

“The receptionist was good and clean. It was good also, but the bathroom was smell like a sewer and for the clean I had an incident that I want them to clean the room and they didn’t clean it and when I spoke to the reception, they said they told them, but they didn’t clean it so they don’t take care of their client”

“O hotel é muito bom com muito conforto. Os funcionarios são muito simpaticos e disponiveis. A única e grande falha é o hotel anunciar piscina e ginasio com fotos e não haver nada disso. Fica bastante mal para o hotel e funcionarios terem que passar por isso e levarem clientes a fazerem uma escolha errada. Numa cidade como Tabuk a escolha pela piscina e preço mais elevado é determinante. Fica sensação de enganação e é muita pena pela qualidade do hotel. ”
