"the hotel is relatively new and in excellent condition. It’s located in a mall so quite convenient if you’d like to do some shopping. They upgraded our first night to a suite as a courtesy of welcome. It made our stay here in this hotel and in Amman generally speaking, a more memorable one. "

"Rooms are not clean, bedding smells bad ,very noisy ,do not recomend at all ,to keep me quiet they gave free upgrade to a suit ,but still not happy .staff are nice but management has to fix so many things "

The amenities were great and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and made our trip even more enjoyable.
