“Food is delicious. The breakfast is very traditional English style. The staff is very nice, much nicer than some so- called famous hotel. Only as a historical building, the floor and steps are interesting. The location is good for watching cold stream march. Overall is the best from my list by price. Worth trying again.

“Overall this is a good value hotel. For me it worked well as I had been workign in Milton Keynes and was flying from Heathrow on business the next day. It was well priced, accessible and serivce was good. Room was comfortable - if a bit dated. Food was good, bar staff were great, tv had Champions League match I wanted to watch. “We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”
