“This is my second time in Novotel Dammam. Overall to say the hotel is good and the location is convenience which can reach main business area and city center from there. The hotel is clean and the service is good, people in receiption are welling to help. I will recommend this hotel to whom will visit Dammam. ”

“I love this hotel. The overall it's old, not as clean, fashion,or elegant as the new hotels or chains. However, if you sit in the lobby full of smoking men, it's an amazing experience.”

“The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help. ”
