“Fantastic week-long stay with my spouse and two dogs in October. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. Rented a golf cart to get around which was so much fun! Really quiet area which was exactly what we wanted.Host……

“Very cozy little cottage. Liked it alot.Loved the pier with chairs to sit out in the sunshine, watch the boats go by & occasional fish catching bugs on the surface of the water. ”

“Absolutely stunning views, super quiet setting, enjoyed the garden. Wish we had bright paddle boards and kayaks. We did not- failed! The weather was fabulous end of September and the water was not too cold. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very comfortable and had a nice weekend. “Hard to imagine we could wish for anything more the place ( indoors and outdoors) were about as perfect as anyone deserves. Seems like they have been very thoughtful about anticipating whatever a person would need. One petty thing would be a light over the kitchen sink.Wanting to stay longer and longer and longer would have been the desired long term outcome. ”

“I stayed at the Blue Heron with my 2 kids (2 and 10) and my large dog. The fenced in large yard was absolutely wonderful to have everyone outside when at the house. I loved the lot - so much space on 3 of the sides without being right on top of another house! The bay view off the side of the house really topped it off! The house was incredibly clean inside. As an unexpected surprise, there’s an auto ice maker in the freezer, saving me from having to make a trip to a store with the kids for……
