Welcome to Shell Hunter – Your Peaceful Riverside Retreat

Looking to unplug and unwind? Shell Hunter is the perfect escape for the whole family. Nestled in Fairview, known for its breathtaking sunsets, this riverside gem offers beachcombing adventures with sea glass, shells, and even shark teeth. Whether you're up for a swim, a relaxing paddle in the kayak, or just soaking in the view, Shell Hunter delivers serenity with a splash of adventure.

The Space

Shell Hunter features a stunning view of the Potomac River with generous deck space to enjoy it. The spacious primary bedroom opens to its own private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Downstairs, you'll find two additional cozy bedrooms. A bright sunroom and a charming outdoor patio provide even more space to relax and reconnect.

Guest Access

Guests will enter through the welcoming sunroom on the main floor—kick off your shoes and settle into your riverside home away from home. There is a ring camera door bell on this property.

We had a great stay. We were there to see my son and grandson for the week. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the local restaurant. Shelly was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.
