「One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. 「Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...
