“The Overall experience was excellent. The Reception staff (Particularly Jacinta and Bianca) were lovely and super helpful when needing to accomodate my adult daughter into our room, whilst my husband was in hospital. They helped with organizing taxis and a late permit for parking as well. Whilst it was obvious you were having a change over of furniture during our stay, this did not inconvenience us. “Loved our stay , everything we needed was at hand and clean and tidy. Walks to be had around the vineyard and nearby paddocks and creeks throughly enjoyable and easy to find. “Our stay at Soumah wines was literally a little piece of heaven on earth. Feel so very fortunate to have stayed there. Just stunning. Everything was amazing. The villa, the views, the wines. Went for lunch on the Sunday too and it was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. I really cannot recommend Soumah wines enough. It was devine from start to end. "As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. "
