「This stay was wonderful and our host was thoughtful and communicative. There was an issue with our booked room so we were not in the room noted above, but our room was just what we needed. The location is central to Kings Beach locations, but feels secluded due to the private beach and dock. Having a pool and games was a plus. I will say this is not a new, shiny facility and what you are paying for is location, view, and comfort, not high end, ritzy. A couple tips - bring beach chairs. While...

「Amazing location just a few blocks from the heart of Kings Beach. Easy access to Safeway and beaches. Plus is that all three rooms are master bedrooms. Having a hot tub was great after a long bike ride, kayak or paddleboard. Hosts were amazingly responsive when we had a question or two.One small thing – it would be great if there was a hairdryer in the unit. :-)」

「Wonderful pool, pickleball courts, cabin-like condo, great king bed, so-so other beds, exyra loft upstairs which we didn't know existed. Very family friendly condo and only 1 mile from beach! Tons of towels! Needs maybe more beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella to top it off! It would've also been nice what condiments to bring. Like mustard, catsup, sugar, coffee filters. It seems like just the basics were needed but then there was a whole bottle of real maple syrup and extra virgin...
