Solid option for a good price

This place was well equipped with what we needed, was a great location, had a nice pool, and was a great price. It worked just fine for our family of 4. Though I would note that the bunk bed was too hot for my daughter to sleep in. Would have been fine in cooler weather, but for a summer stay, the heat up there in the loft and in the bunk bed specifically was too much for her, even with fans. Rest of the condo and beds were all fine, just that bunk was too high up in the loft for comfort in the summer.

Serene Escape

Everything was as advertised. Great location, comfortable place, peaceful community, and friendly folks! Only issue was no wifi. It worked for a few hours the first night then stopped connecting to internet. Someone was in contact to troubleshoot and eventually sent a person to the house but the issue was not fixed. Fortunately, the home had a lot of dvd movies so we used those when winding down in the evenings.

Quiet Tahoe retreat in Kings Beach

We loved the convenience to kings beach and hiking near by. The pool was an added bonus to escape the crowds in town. Unit was pleasant with comfortable beds and newly remodeled bathroom. Kitchen also very nicely furnished with all the cooking equipment you need. Fans were provided which was appreciated as the days can be quite warm in summer. Nights were cool so lack of air conditioning was not a problem.
