Welcome to Kings Beach—Tahoe’s funky, laid-back lake town. This cozy mountainside hotel suite is the perfect year-round base for your Tahoe adventure.

You’re minutes from hiking, golf, river rafting, and lake activities, with cross-country and downhill skiing taking over in winter. Restaurants, bars, beaches and local entertainment within walking distance.

Inside, unwind with two comfy queen beds and a TV with streaming. A mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave making mornings easy, while the walk-in shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

Adventure outside. Comfort inside.

In order to watch streaming services, guests must use their own login credentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Missing body wash, stained walls everywhere, bedsheets were also stained with random spots and paint, bathroom sink was clearly not cleaned and overall place had a smell. Would not stay here again.

This is a fine place if you are just there to sleep and do nothing else. It is challenging to get anything accomplished in terms of work given although it states there is wifi, I was unable to use wifi for the duration of my stay (various networks allowed me to connect but the speed was so poor I could not even load a webpage - I was not trying to stream anything). I would not stay here again. Host was quite unresponsive, taking more than 36 hrs to respond to a simple question.

You should not be promoting WiFi when it doesn't work at all. Bad to no reception at all. NETFLIX works with WiFi and you gatta set up your own account. Plan to stay in room with no internet if you you have little ones bring some board games to keep them busy.

This was very basic room. There were bottles in the shower for shampoo and body wash, but they were empty. The electronic door lock did not work well. It was VERY diffricult to lock. When I left I tried to lock it 20 times. It never locked.

Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better.

THIS IS A VACASA PROPERTY, NOT DIRECTLY VRBO. COMMUNICATION IS FULL OF CHATBOTS. RESERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The room was very clean. Some of the amenities were not available. If you 100% need Wi-Fi, so not stay here. Communication was terrible. On the surface it seems great, but they obviously use chat bots and talking to real person and someone local happens out of sheer luck. Coffee supplies would be nice for arrival. No Wi-Fi means no TV. If you just want a place to crash and that's it, this is your place. Would I stay here again, yes. But I now know what to bring to make my stay more enjoyable. No hair dryer provided, though stated as an amenity. Wi-Fi router is in unit 8 with a booster in unit 5. Still no Wi-Fi.
