Located within the King’s Run condominium community, your vacation begins the moment you arrive on site, where guests can take full advantage of desirable onsite amenities of the seasonal, heated swimming pool, year-round spa/hot tub, and a lodge-like clubhouse with game room, fireplace, cozy seating area, and more. Retreat to the home for happy hour out on the breezy balcony, sipping on a glass of fine wine while you unwind after a full day of adventure.



Just a 5-minute drive from the sandy shores of King’s Beach, you’ll be ready to turn up the heat with all manner of water-themed activities at your leisure whether getting on the lake to explore its many hidden wonders or sipping on a refreshing drink at a waterside restaurant. Adrenaline seekers will want to head the short distance west to the North Tahoe Regional Park where hiking trails, mountain biking trails, tennis courts, sports fields, playgrounds, and ziplining await – a virtually unlimited number of activities for any outdoor enthusiast! In the winter months, you’ll undoubtedly want to hit the slopes, and Northstar Resort, one of the area’s most popular ski destinations, is less than a 10-minute drive away. The home’s cozy interior has everything you need to maximize your downtime, curated with comfortable, contemporary furnishings and nature-themed décor. Curl up on the living room sofa to stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV, the gas fireplace providing the perfect ambiance for an immersive movie night. The well-equipped kitchen will have you whipping up all your favorite homemade meals in no time, with full-sized appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. The circular dining table accommodates meals both large and light, afterward offering a space to host a competitive game night.



This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests between a loft and full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The loft includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep.



The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Communal laundry on site.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required and will be located in unit upon arrival.

• $500.00 Utility Deposit required. If the entire deposit is not used, it will be refunded. If utility usage exceeds that amount, the remainder will be charged upon departure.

• Long Term Rental Only (30+ days)

Skiers and snowboarders can carve their way down world-class slopes at nearby Northstar California Resort and Diamond Peak. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails offer a serene escape into the snowy wilderness, where you might even spot local wildlife against the snowy backdrop.
