They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating...
