This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. It won't suit your needs if you're looking for a dining room table. The steps going to the second story are short and somewhat steep, which is normal for these older homes. These are not complaints, I'm just adding these details so you understand when you're considering this house. I love the big shower stall, and the yard, garage and the home are well maintained.We lived comfortably in this home over the weekend and it worked perfectly for us. The TV would start buffering at night, I just unplugged it and waited several seconds to plug back in. This seemed to reset it and stop the buffering. I'm adding this property to my favorites.
