short staffed; we couldn't get in our room one afternoon & it took almost an hour for them to fix the key pad; no maintenance-the host had to fix the problem; the room was really small & hard to get around in-we turned luggage table on side because it made entrance to the room too small & my sister hit her leg on the table; breakfast not stocked the last day of our stay; not right size containers for the oatmeal & was unsafe for adding hot water; the hostess was asleep behind the counter when we were ready to check out

The staff was extremely friendly and accompanying. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms looks exactly like pictures. Very clean and comfortable.

The room smelled of wet dog. The laundry room was dirty, the machines were dirty. Machine was not working right, had to wash clothes 2x. $6.50 a load is unreasonable for such a poor quality washer. The front desk ran out of quarters and had to call the hotel next store. Sure I got my quarters but still an inconvenience. The coffee was cold in the morning, the eggs were cold and the home fries undercooked. Will never return to this hotel.
