「The room was absolutely amazing! It was clean, warm and comfortable!」

「The check-in was super easy as everything is electronic. Kurt and Nicole provided detailed instructions so everything was a breeze. We stayed for nearly a week and we were so well supported during our stay. Kurt and Nicole were super helpful and positive. There is a community centre across the street with a nice fitness centre and pool which was a bonus. All in all a lovely little spot close to downtown. 」

「Do not stay here. We did not receive the code to enter the apartment, even after the check-in time. After hours on the phone with VRBO, I finally got the code. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches and decided to find a hotel to stay at instead. The owner was very rude and dismissive of our claims, despite photo evidence. 」

「Beautiful apartment decorated by an artist, I’m sure. Walking distance to downtown. Lovely and warm even though it was snowing. Host are super friendly and helpful. 」

「We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment...
